When you order a ticket, you sign up for an e-mail newsletter, you participate in an action, use our digital services, contact T + or otherwise use the services of (a part of) T +, the provided and processed personal data provided and used.
The person responsible for data processing is Ticketsplus B.V., Baronielaan 87, 4818PC in Breda. The data processing has been reported to the Data Protection Authority in The Hague.
T + considers it important to treat your personal data with all due care and confidentiality. T + therefore adheres to both the Personal Data Protection Act, the Telecommunications Act and the codes of conduct of the DDMA (Dutch Dialogue Marketing Association).

Purposes of data processing
The personal data provided can be processed by T + for the following purposes:
For the realization and execution of the agreement, for example to deliver the products, services or information you have chosen;
If you have purchased a paid service or product, to invoice;
To enable you to post and exchange information via one of the digital services of T + or to contact other users of those digital services;
To keep you informed about the products and services of T +;
To send you a newsletter, user information, service message or other (electronic or non-electronic) message;
To enable logging in via social media services from third parties;
To show you targeted advertisements; for example, an advertisement can be shown of a product or service of which T +, on the basis of the data processed by it, suspects that you are interested;

When using our digital services, it is possible that an account is automatically created for you using the personal data you have already provided in the context of one of our other services.
